Please find below an extract taken from a letter received from Dr Simon Jones, Consultant in Paediatric Inherited Metabolic Disease at St Mary's Hospital regarding one of the children we have cared for.

'I would just like to write and say thank you for all the effort and care you and your staff showed whilst looking after .....

..... was really unwell and stayed much longer than anyone might have predicted, all of us here at Willink Unit felt that she received wonderful care whilst she was with you and I know her family were very pleased with that also.  You managed to adapt to whatever ..... could throw at you, whatever new problem emerged, and nothing was ever too much.  I visited ..... at EAM House on several occasions and found the atmosphere there to be very caring and a relaxed environment.  I am very pleased that ..... found a home there for the last few years of her life.
