The overall aim of EAM House is to provide high quality care for children with a range of physical/learning disabilities, special needs and complex health needs. We provide short breaks and long term residential care from birth to 19 years of age.

As the home is privately owned by the Manager providing a high standard of care is our priority and we take great pride in our service, and we hope you will come to agree that EAM House does strive to be:
  • First for Quality Care
  • First for Continuity and Stability
  • First for Providing Safe, High Quality Care for all Children
  • The first choice for families requiring respite care in the Greater Manchester Area, Cheshire and Lancashire

Respite care is all about creating an environment in which children can receive high quality care. Children enjoy one to one care in a homely environment and our service is regulated by OFSTED.

We believe that all children should have individualised care according to their needs. All children staying at EAM House will experience a safe, supportive and caring ‘home from home’ environment, which is ideal for them to make friends and have fun.

We believe that children spending time at EAM House should find their stay an enjoyable experience. The aim of our staff is to understand and meet the needs of the individual children in their care. EAM House believes that consistency of care is very important to children with special needs, as well as maintaining good communicative relationships with the child and their family.
